Meet Candis!

Candis is a nomad. Staying in one place is not in her blood. Her love of Travel started in high school when 

she received a pencil-drawn sketch of a little girl from Thailand as a souvenir. That gift opened her eyes 

to the world beyond and she never looked back. She thrives in learning new customs and cultures and 

helping others learn from those experiences and get excited about having their own.  Her love for travel 

makes full circle when it comes back to the states to revel in the magic and nostalgia of Disney.  Candis 

has loved Disney since she was a little girl pretending to be the little mermaid in every body of water she 

came across. (Is there a kid who grew up in the 90s that didn’t?) This love carried through to adulthood 

where she got engaged at the Wishing Well during a trip to Magic Kingdom. It was a truly magical time of 

her life.  Since having children, she wanted to pass on the love of Disney and help them discover the magic of, not only the World of Disney, but also this beautiful world we call home. Candis currently resides in North Carolina with her husband and two sons.
