You'll enter through a land called Celestial Park, the cosmic heart of Universal Epic Universe. There will be lush gardens and an imaginative world inspired by astronomy and mythology. Universal has provided concept art for a new thrilling ride called Starfall Racers, a dual-launch racing roller coaster, and Constellation Carousel, an imaginative ride across the Milky Way with twirling lions, dragons, bears, and more.
Celestial Park will also be the home of several innovated culinary experiences. Enjoy steak and seafood in a Victorian themed aquarium called Atlantic. Or sample Chinese, Japanese, and Thai fare under the glow of lanterns and neon dragons at the Blue Drago Pan-Asian restaurant.
Epic Universe will house a THIRD Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Diagon Alley is represented at Universal Studios and Hogsmeade Village at Islands of Adventure. Epic Universe will include the British Ministry of Magic from the Harry Potter series along with a blend of 1920's wizarding Paris from the Fantastic Beasts series.
We can guess what Super Nintendo World may be like based on the lands at Universal Hollywood and Japan, BUT we are certain Epic Universe will have a unique spin on the fan favorite. For sure guests will enter the world through the iconic green pipe and have opportunities to play with Mario and friends.
Expect a world of Viking adventure in How to Train your Dragon-Isle of Berk. While Dark Universe will be a shadowy land where monsters, myth, and Dr. Victoria Frankenstein come together for mysterious fun. We will update with more information on all the exciting worlds of Epic Universe as we receive it.
New Hotels and Opening Dates
Located inside Epic Universe at the end of Celestial Park will be the Universal Helios Grand Hotel. This unique Universal resort will house 500 rooms with one-of-a-kind views and a dedicated entrance into the theme park. We do not have an exact opening date for Helios, but we expect the grand opening will occur in the first half of 2025.
We DO have opening dates for two other new hotel additions at Universal Orlando!
The Universal Stella Nova Resort will open on January 21, 2025. Stella Nova is inspired by the vastness of the universe and is a place where you can dare to dream beyond our world.
The Universal Terra Luna Resort will open on February 25, 2025. Terra Luna encompasses the spirit of discovery and represents another world imagined by exploration.
Stella Nova and Terra Luna resorts will be sister properties located adjacent to Universal Epic Universe theme park. Both resorts will be in the "prime value" category of Universal hotels (other resorts at Universal Orlando in the prime value category include Cabana Bay and Aventura resorts). Guests of Stella Nova and Terra Luna will receive early park admission, complimentary park transportation, and charging privileges across Universal parks and resorts.
